The Leno Learning Link Initiative was created by Leno in conjunction with the Ministry of Education and connectivity provider ALIV in September to ensure that no student was left behind for the lack of a single learning device when classrooms turned to virtual learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. Leno initiated the tablet drive with a donation of $60,000 and invited other corporate organizations to support. Myers Group announced the use of their point of sale systems at all of their restaurant locations (KFC, Dunkin’, Pizza Hut, Burger King, Quizno’s and Anthony’s) to encourage customers to donate to the Leno Learning Link.
