Nia Mills-Bethel is an accomplished Human Resources leader with over twenty years of professional experience spanning Human Resources, Accounting and Internal Audit. Her career has taken her across diverse industries, including financial services, energy, construction, automotive, insurance and property development.

At the heart of Nia’s approach to Human Resources is a belief that the interests of the organisation and the well-being of its people do not have to exist in opposition. She is passionate about balancing the needs of the business with her role as an employee advocate, fostering workplaces where employees are treated fairly and respectfully while supporting leaders in achieving organisational objectives.

Her expertise spans corporate governance, employee relations, talent development, total rewards strategy and HR transformation through technology.
